As an Associate Consultant at JLB, you will be at the heart of connecting sports professionals with exciting career opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Business Development: Attend meetings with existing clients to understand their evolving talent needs and proactively approach potential clients, building long-term relationships across the sports industry.
• Talent Attraction & Candidate Management: Write compelling job adverts tailored to attract high-caliber candidates, and engage with them to understand their career goals and identify suitable roles.
• Industry Engagement: Actively post on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to connect with professionals, promote JLB’s brand, and generate candidate interest within the sports sector.
• Strategy & Growth Support: Collaborate with senior team members on business growth initiatives and strategy, contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and expand JLB’s footprint in the sports recruitment space.
