Job summary

A leading investment management firm in City of London is seeking a Recruitment Assistant for a 7-month maternity cover. This role involves various recruitment tasks including CV screening and onboarding support, requiring experience in a corporate or Financial Services environment. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, working both in-office and remotely.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment administration in Financial Services is preferred.

Recruitment Assistant

July start

London based - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home a week

My client, an Investment Management firm, is looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant on a 7-month maternity contract. To succeed in this role, you must have recent recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate environment.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support 2 HR Business Partners with:

  • Recruitment administration: screening CVs, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, preparing offers
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Managing agency relationships and acting as the first point of contact
  • Advertising roles on the intranet and external sites
  • Supporting direct sourcing initiatives
  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Monitoring the agency PSL
  • Supporting administration for the yearly internship programme

To be successful, you must have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, ideally within a Financial Services environment
  • Proven experience providing a confidential, high-quality administrative service
  • Familiarity with Workday (advantageous)
