This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, starting immediately.

What you'll do

As the PA to our Director of Recruitment & Team Assistant to our Executive Recruitment team, your main responsibilities will include managing diaries, facilitating meetings and associated minutes, and building a strong network with our wider PA community to coordinate meetings and schedules. You’ll create engaging recruitment experiences, manage and support corporate recruitment activities, liaise with 3rd party providers, and process invoices. You will ensure a compliant and positive recruitment experience and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrating a passion for diversity and inclusion will be important. As a self-motivated individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Who you are

Essential criteria:

  • Solid PA/EA experience in a large, corporate environment. Experience within a retail/FMCG organization is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Highly skilled in prioritizing and organizing workloads, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks. Confidentiality and discretion are second nature, with a positive and flexible attitude to support changing priorities.
  • Experience in processing invoices.
  • Excellent collaboration, judgment, and communication skills to partner effectively with executive level stakeholders.
  • Experience creating engaging experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
