What you'll do
As the PA to our Director of Recruitment & Team Assistant to our Executive Recruitment team, your main responsibilities will include managing diaries, facilitating meetings and associated minutes, and building a strong network with our wider PA community to coordinate meetings and schedules. You’ll create engaging recruitment experiences, manage and support corporate recruitment activities, liaise with 3rd party providers, and process invoices. You will ensure a compliant and positive recruitment experience and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrating a passion for diversity and inclusion will be important. As a self-motivated individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
