A recruitment agency is seeking a Recruitment Apprentice in Worcester. This role offers a structured training program and the opportunity to obtain a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. Responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process, liaising with clients and candidates, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates should be process-driven and highly organised, with excellent communication skills. No prior experience is required, just the right attitude and work ethic. Salary: £19,500 (£10 per hour)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8.30 am-5 pm (flexible hours with core hours of 10am-3pm and hybrid working - Friday from home)

Based at our Worcester office, in this role you would be joining our team of Permanent Consultants, working on roles covering IT, Engineering, Finance, Sales & Marketing and HR & Operations across the Three Counties. Your journey in recruitment begins by focusing on the candidate component – resourcing candidates using various online tools; arranging interviews and attending client meetings; writing job adverts; social media marketing and building your local market knowledge. From here you will develop your knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, building in more client interactions and gaining exposure to every part of a successful recruitment process.
You will progress through Hewett's structured training programme, as well as receiving on-the-job training and the opportunity to obtain your Certificate in Recruitment qualification via the Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Previous Recruitment Apprentices at Hewett Recruitment have gone on to careers as Senior Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers and HR Professionals and once you have completed your Apprenticeship there will be different routes open to you.
You may choose to stay as a Resourcer supporting existing Consultants, perhaps focusing on a particular sector…or if you have the aptitude and attitude for Business Development then there would be the opportunity to become a 360 Consultant, building out your own desk within one of our specialist divisions.
