About Our Client

PageGroup is delighted to support a rapidly growing business based in Walsall with the appointment of a temporary Recruitment Advisor for approximately 3 months. This is a temporary project to support a campaign to recruit for a large number of sales/customer services roles. The role offers hybrid working of approximately 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week.

Job Description

The Recruitment Advisor will work as part of the HR team, reporting to an HR Director, and will be responsible for a project to recruit a large number of Sales/Customer Services roles within this rapidly growing business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Partnering with hiring managers to establish the profile of roles required.
2. Proactively sourcing candidates through various methods.
3. Conducting initial screenings and interviews.
4. Coordinating interview processes with hiring managers.
5. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
6. Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
7. Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
8. Contributing to ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives.
9. Supporting a smooth onboarding process.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, particularly in recruiting for Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service positions.
