Job summary

Home Instead, the world's largest global home care network, is seeking a Recruitment Advisor based in the United Kingdom. You will proactively support recruitment strategies across the network, identify improvements through data and stakeholder engagement, and design practical resourcing tools to streamline workflows.

You will work with Marketing to run campaigns, manage recruitment pages, and produce month-end reports, while building strong relationships with Franchise Owners, Recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced multi-site settings.
• Hands-on use of ATS and HR databases.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice for recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with rapport-building.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Proactively support the implementation of recruitment strategies across the Home Instead network. Take initiative to identify areas of continuous improvement through recruitment data and networking with internal and external stakeholders. Research, design and develop simple but effective resourcing tools and guides to enhance recruitment workflows and such as application management and initial candidate screening. Provide day-to-day support to colleagues and the network for recruitment strategy, recruitment legislation, data and analytics and recruitment systems, such as SmartRecruiters ATS. Collaborate with Marketing to develop advertising campaigns that support our brand messaging, and manage recruitment related company pages. Produce month-end recruitment reports. Provide positive influence across the business establishing strong relationship with Franchise Owners, Recruitment Managers and National Office colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced multi-site business, with experience of using a variety of online and social media based tools.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
• Some knowledge of UK Employment Law & HR Best Practice as it pertains to recruitment activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Ability to work on multi-projects to tight deadlines, with a flexible, professional, and creative mindset.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK occasionally.
• Highly driven and ambitious.
• Test and learn approach to attracting talent.
