Role Purpose:

The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with tasks throughout the recruitment process, including posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, with potential travel to other sites or events.

Sitting within a dynamic HR Recruitment Team, your role ensures the smooth operation of ongoing recruitment activities.

Stakeholders:

Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR, Compliance/Referencing Teams

External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertising vacancies on various job boards via our ATS.
  • Collating and reporting management information weekly and monthly.
  • Supporting first-line CV screening and providing feedback.
  • Arranging interviews and preparing schedules.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings as needed.
  • Preparing and sending recruitment packs to the Compliance and Referencing Teams.
  • Assisting with interview feedback.
  • Gathering and chasing employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC forms, criminal checks).
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Experience with job boards.
  • Experience working with external agencies is desirable but not essential.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in the aviation sector is advantageous but not necessary.
