Job summary

A leading company in the mortgage sector is seeking a Mortgage Administrator for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage administration and will efficiently support Advisors in processing mortgage and protection applications. This role is intended to cover maternity leave for 12 months, offering a competitive base salary of £28,000 DOE.

Qualifications

Mortgage Administrator - Home Working 100%

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in London.

Our highly valued AR partner are a small but very busy and highly successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage Administrator.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting the Advisors in the firm, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, introducers, lenders and providers.

We are specifically looking for a minimum of 2 years experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage.

Competitive base salary to £28,000 DOE negotiable

The role is to cover maternity from July for 12 months

Responsibilities

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
