At the heart of our Talent Acquisition Team, Recruitment Administrators are committed to delivering outstanding and trusted support for our colleagues. You will be a key member of talent acquisition team, responsible for assisting with recruitment administration and supporting hiring managers.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Assisting with administration, such as candidate enquiries and hiring manager recruitment support
  • Create recruitment performance reports based on set criteria
  • Advertise vacancies on internal/external job boards and advertising channels.
  • Monitor incoming applications and advise recruitment team based on set criteria.
  • Provide recruitment project support when required.

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
