Recruitment Administrator - DUTCH

Benefits: 1 day working from home, 25 days holiday, private medical + lots more

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Duration: 6 months initially with the view of becoming permanent

Must be bilingual in Dutch

Role involves 80% Recruitment Administration and 20% HR Administration

Our client, a market leader in UK and Europe with a reputable brand, has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their busy HR team.

You will support all aspects of the HR department, mainly the end-to-end recruitment process.

This role suits someone who is confident, sociable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work. Previous recruitment experience or a Business/HR degree would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • General compliance tasks such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and ID verification
  • Reading and screening applications
  • Candidate vetting
  • Conducting telephone interviews daily
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn
  • Preparing starter packs and conducting inductions for new employees
  • Maintaining and reporting on HR data (new starters, terminations, etc.)
  • Reception duties, including answering phones
  • Supporting learning and development, legislation compliance, and staff training
