Job Description – Part-Time Recruitment Administrator

Role Overview

As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll work across multiple client accounts supporting recruitment delivery, systems administration, interview coordination, direct sourcing, and even light-touch marketing and sales support. You’ll be part of a flexible team that adapts to seasonal demand, business growth, and emerging needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) across different clients
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Format CVs and carry out initial candidate screening
  • Support direct sourcing through job boards and social media
  • Write and post job and marketing content to LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Respond to candidate and client emails professionally and promptly
  • Assist with sales tasks, such as preparing materials or reaching out to warm leads
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shared workspaces effectively
  • Identify tasks proactively and pick up different areas of the business when needed
  • Work collaboratively but independently in a fully remote environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment admin or coordination (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in using ATS, Excel, and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset - you find work, not wait for it
  • Adaptability and willingness to jump into different roles at short notice
  • A genuine interest in inclusive hiring and flexible, future-focused work

Role Details

  • Part-time, 16–20 hours per week
  • Fully remote and flexible hours can fit around your other commitments
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Laptop/software provided, but access to your own tech setup is required for initial training period.
