Recruitment / HR Administrator - Home Based Remote Working

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Ideally based in Surrey, Hampshire, or West Sussex (for attending team meetings)

We are offering an exciting part-time position for a proficient Recruitment/HR Administrator to support a growing team. You will be systematic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Experience in supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns would be advantageous. No two days are the same, ensuring an engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the recruitment process from vacancy request to onboarding using the ATS.
  • Manage candidate records and ensure data accuracy in the ATS system.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up calls with applicants.
  • Provide clerical support for internal and external recruitment campaigns.
  • Handle onboarding of new hires, employment contracts, and pre-employment checks.
  • Manage departmental PO/invoices.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment or HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of social media and job boards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport with applicants and recruiters.
