Join to apply for the Recruitment Administrator role at InsideJapan Tours | B Corp

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our People and Organisational Development (POD) team in Bristol. This role involves managing the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and supporting HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Posting job adverts on our ATS and external platforms
  • Monitoring applications and liaising with hiring managers
  • Scheduling interviews and updating candidates
  • Maintaining accurate records in HR systems
  • Preparing offer paperwork and conducting pre-employment checks
  • Responding to candidate queries and supporting recruitment projects

Ideal candidate qualities:

  • Excellent administrative skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
