A market-leading organisation based in the St Mellons area of Cardiff.

Your new role

Working as a Compliance / Recruitment Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires into the organisation
  2. Liaising with applicants regarding the process of their compliance and required documentation and information
  3. Processing right to work checks
  4. Collecting and logging references as required, ensuring that references meet organisational standards
  5. Ensuring that candidate compliance is met prior to starting
  6. Processing of DBS requests
  7. Ad-hoc recruitment and compliance admin, as required by the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed

You'll be organized and have strong administrative skills. You'll be a good multitasker and able to follow strict compliance processes. Full training will be provided, but you will need strong attention to detail, coupled with good IT skills. You also need to be a good communicator and able to identify potential compliance risks with applicants' files and address accordingly. This is a very busy role dealing with a high volume of compliance files, so you'll need to be a real team player.

What you'll get in return

This is a temporary to permanent role to start ASAP. Hours of work are 30 hours per week. Hours can be worked across 5 days or 4 days, whichever works best for you. This is a 100% office-based role. The role is paying £ per hour. This is a temporary to permanent position.
