Recruitment Administrator

The role:

Are you a people-person who is detail-oriented and super organised? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our fantastic People and Organisational Development (POD) team in Bristol!

In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our recruitment process, helping us find, attract, and welcome brilliant people into Inside Travel Group. You’ll manage job adverts, coordinate interviews, keep candidates updated, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, whilst keeping inclusivity at the forefront of everything you do.

It will be a varied, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are ever the same. If you love being organised, enjoy working with people and want to develop your recruitment or HR career, this could be the perfect next step for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Post job adverts on our ATS and external platforms
  • Monitor applications, shortlist candidates, and liaise with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS and HR systems
  • Prepare offer paperwork and manage pre-employment checks
  • Coordinate recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate queries
  • Support recruitment projects and employer brand initiatives
  • Provide general HR and office admin support

What we are looking for from you:

We’re after someone who’s organised, proactive and enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You’ll have:

  • Brilliant administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy.
  • Confident, friendly communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude.
  • Great time management and multi-tasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Experience using recruitment or HR systems (helpful, but not essential).
  • Previous recruitment or HR admin experience (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker).
