Birmingham Hospice is seeking a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to support the People Team across our Erdington and Selly Park sites. You will manage advert placement, interview scheduling and onboarding, ensuring pre-employment checks are complete and new starters feel welcomed.

Salary: £26,327 per annum

Birmingham Hospice is looking for a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy, friendly and enthusiastic People Team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will support recruitment activity from advert placement and interview scheduling through to onboarding, pre-employment checks and induction arrangements. You will play an important part in helping candidates feel informed, supported and welcomed from their first contact with us.
Alongside recruitment administration, you will have the opportunity to contribute to wider People Team projects, including colleague engagement, wellbeing initiatives, leadership development and improvements to our systems and processes.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the People Team, delivering an excellent service to colleagues, managers, applicants and new starters.
