About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, as well as a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of tasks which do not require immediate management input
  • Take minutes and produce presentations
  • Report and analyse data
  • Track changes in placements and applications
  • Liaise with Training & HR departments
  • Check right to work and contracts for compliance
  • Follow up with new starters who haven’t completed their paperwork online and assist with issues
  • Create and submit daily and weekly reports
  • Use licenses to curate interview and induction packs
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks from higher management

About You

About you:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident engagement with candidates and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and proactive in task management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HR systems and managing confidential information is advantageous
