As a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator at Barchester, you'll be instrumental in helping us find the best people to join our teams across homes, hospitals, and support offices. Your role will involve providing administrative support within our Recruitment team, including onboarding new candidates and assisting Home and Hospital Administrators. This position requires excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, as you'll be managing multiple deadlines and demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in Recruitment Administration and some knowledge of pre-employment checks (DBS, References, RTW). We're seeking a team player who can work flexibly, use initiative under pressure, and demonstrate excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, whether over the phone, email, or face-to-face, are essential.
