We are seeking a dedicated, organized HR Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to support our expanding volunteer team. This is a key role in helping us grow sustainably while ensuring new volunteers feel welcomed and supported.

Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles (voluntary or paid); understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices; knowledge of confidentiality and data protection.
- Desirable: Experience in charity/non-profit sector; familiarity with recruitment platforms; knowledge of symptomatic hypermobility or willingness to learn.

- Onboarding: Oversee onboarding, prepare materials, and support new volunteers.
