Job summary

Hatch Training in Oldham is recruiting a Level 3 Business Administration apprentice for a Student Recruitment Business. The role is phone-based, with structured onboarding, CRM access and daily coaching from a team leader.

You will make outbound calls, handle enquiries, qualify candidates, book interviews and guide applicants through the process, with daily support and KPI targets. There is uncapped bonus potential and progression on completion.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Right to Work in the UK and at least 3 years residency.
• Ability to commute to the OL8 postcode.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective students from campaign leads and warm enquiry lists
• Handling inbound enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media
• Qualifying candidates against course entry requirements and advising on suitable programmes
• Booking and confirming interviews with our university and college partners
• Guiding applicants through the application process, including document collection and Student Finance England registration prompts
• Following up applications and interview outcomes to convert offers into enrolments
• Recording all activity accurately on our CRM and daily call trackers
• Working to weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, applications, interviews and enrolments
• Supporting the wider team with campaign follow-ups and aftercare calls
• Completing apprenticeship coursework and off-the-job training hours alongside the role
