Hatch Training is offering a Recruitment Partner apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. You will focus on sourcing, screening and pipeline development for international contract and permanent roles, with structured 1:1 training from day one.
You’ll learn candidate engagement, interviewing techniques, and how to build talent networks, with earning potential through commission and ongoing professional development.
Are you ambitious, driven and ready to build a rewarding career? Looking for a role where you can learn, earn and progress quickly, all within a supportive and high-performing team? If so, this could be the perfect place to launch your recruitment career as a Recruitment Partner.
We're excited to welcome motivated, goal-orientated individuals into our business who are eager to succeed. You don't need recruitment experience to apply; what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills and desire to build a long-term career.
As a Recruitment Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by identifying, engaging and placing high-quality candidates across both contract and permanent opportunities throughout international markets. This is a 180 recruitment role with no sales or business development responsibilities. Your focus will be entirely on candidate sourcing, qualification and relationship building.
From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and work closely 1:1 with experienced managers and leaders who are invested in your success.
You will spend the majority of your day communicating with candidates, building relationships, understanding what motivates them and helping connect them with exciting career opportunities around the world.
We’re passionate about training and development and we’ll give you all the tools, knowledge and ongoing support you need to become a successful recruitment professional.
Alongside your role, you will be working towards a recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Training will be delivered through Microsoft Teams with one of the apprenticeship tutors. During the first eight weeks of the programme, sessions will take place once a week to provide structured support and learning. After this initial period, training will become less frequent, taking place a few times each month while continuing throughout the apprenticeship.
