• The ability to speak with candidates throughout the day.
• The ability to represent Jobs Butler professionally when communicating with managers and directors across businesses of all sizes.
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines and timescales.
• A full driving licence and access to transport would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn the recruitment process step by step and gain hands-on experience across the full cycle.
• Attract candidates through a range of recruitment channels and pre-screen applications.
• Source and select candidates for client vacancies and headhunt as needed.
• Communicate with candidates and clients to understand requirements and career goals.
• Manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work toward deadlines.
