Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
• Full Valid UK Driving License (Desirable).
• Living in the UK for at least 3 years with the Right to Work in the UK.
• No previous recruitment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates using standard channels and networks.
• Proactively engage passive candidates and conduct screening interviews.
• Qualify candidates on availability, salary expectations, location and travel willingness.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and prepare profiles for clients submission.
