Job Title: Early Careers Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Careers Recruiter to join our client's growing team supporting the next generation of talent. Working within a process-driven and innovative Early Careers team, you will attract and recruit the best and brightest talent.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end Early Careers recruitment process for apprentices, industrial placements, summer placements, and graduates, from application to hire.
2. Liaise with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, ensuring role requirements are accurately gathered and ways of working are established.
3. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
4. Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
5. Execute talent attraction strategies across universities and schools.
6. Provide support, advice, and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for Early Careers recruitment.
7. Maintain ATS (Smart Recruiter) and HR systems (Workday) with current, accurate data.
8. Build external relationships that can be valuable resources.
9. Support the client's work experience program.
10. Contribute to the development and promotion of Talent, Leadership, and HR functions by collaborating with the wider team and working on process and project improvements.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Early Careers recruitment, with a focus on attraction and hiring.
• Completion of at least two full-cycle Early Careers recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in developing or improving recruitment processes and tools.
• Credibility when engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

Additional Beneficial Skills:

• Experience with HR systems, ATS, and Workday.
• Knowledge of visa processes and right-to-work requirements in the UK.
• Experience in engineering/technical recruitment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and abroad to universities.

This role offers the option to work from our London office with regular travel to our factory in Grove, Oxfordshire.
