Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the legal market, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle — from identifying opportunities and headhunting candidates to closing deals and hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Source, interview, and assess top sales candidates across various industries
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on client needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Keep up to date with market trends and provide expert advice to clients and candidates
