Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

You will build talent pipelines for critical roles, conduct outreach, and maintain ATS records while partnering with Talent Acquisition to forecast future hiring needs and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in‑house or agency environment.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles preferred
