Job summary

Assystem GmbH is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join our growing team in Bolton. This role focuses on building relationships, engaging with both active and passive candidates, and delivering exceptional talent across engineering and infrastructure sectors.

You will partner with hiring managers and Framework Managers to attract, assess and secure top talent, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining robust talent pipelines to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, provide recruitment expertise, and influence successful hiring decisions.
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, direct approaches, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
• Manage multiple vacancies end-to-end, including screening, assessment, interview coordination, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Champion the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide market intelligence, including talent trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity, to support informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure all recruitment activity complies with company procedures and relevant employment legislation.
