Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior recruitment lead to oversee end-to-end hiring across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI, and Test Engineering. You will recruit across all levels from graduates to leadership, partnering with hiring managers to shape briefs and talent strategies.

You will proactively source candidates, build pipelines and guide processes from interview to offer, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• Technical recruitment or talent acquisition experience across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI and/or Test Engineering.
• Experience recruiting within technology consultancy, professional services and/or UK public sector.
• Experience recruiting from early careers through to senior and specialist appointments.
• Strong sourcing abilities including LinkedIn Recruiter and passive-talent engagement.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI, Test Engineering and other technical vacancies
• Recruit across all levels, from graduates and early careers to senior specialists and leadership appointments
• Support recruitment across wider consulting and business functions, including Project & Programme Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Finance, Commercial and Business Operations
• Proactively find and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals and professional networks
• Identify and engage security-cleared candidates in specialist and competitive talent markets
• Build proactive talent pipelines for immediate vacancies and future capability requirements
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, refine briefs and develop recruitment strategies
• Provide insight on external talent markets, candidate availability, expectations and remuneration
• Guide candidates through interview, assessment and offer processes
• Manage multiple priorities and fast-moving deadlines while maintaining candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity in the ATS
• Use recruitment data and market insight to improve talent attraction and recruitment

Requirements

• Technical recruitment or talent acquisition experience, particularly across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI and/or Test Engineering
• Experience recruiting within a technology consultancy, professional services and/or UK public sector environment
• Experience recruiting from early careers through to senior and specialist appointments
• Strong understanding of the UK security-cleared talent market
• Experience finding and engaging security-cleared candidates
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and passive-talent engagement
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective searches
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and difficult-to-fill roles
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent candidate management skills through engagement, interview, offer and acceptance
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining candidate experience
• Experience using an ATS, ideally Workable
• Familiarity with SFIA levels would be advantageous
