Job summary

Jobtailor in Leeds is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers. You will proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and referrals, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

You will engage candidates with personalized outreach, assess initial fit, track activity in ATS, and contribute to employer branding and market insights within a fast-paced environment.
