Job summary

Everyone Active in Northampton is seeking a Recreation Assistant to join our energetic centre team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safe and engaging pool operations and activities for members and the local community.

The role requires National Pool Lifeguard qualification and includes day, evening, and weekend shifts; DBS check will be completed before start. First Aid at Work and coaching qualifications are desirable, and you’ll be supported by a

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a leisure centre.
• Supervise pool to maintain safety.

• Support varied activity programmes and sessions.

• Be focused on delivering excellent customer service standards
• Provide safe and effective pool supervision
• Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Support the varied programme of activities and sessions
• Effectively communicate with other team members
• National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required but we can arrange training.
• First Aid at Work & coaching qualifications are desirable.
• This position will involve day, evening and weekend work including public holidays.
• We will complete a DBS check prior to starting in this role.
