Job summary

Everyone Active at Easton Leisure Centre is seeking a proactive Team Leader to supervise the pool, lead a diverse lifeguard team and uphold high customer service standards. The role involves day, evening and weekend shifts, DBS checks, and potential Duty Manager duties within a vibrant, activity-driven environment.

You will contribute to safety, staff development and centre cleanliness while supporting the brand mission of regular physical activity for all.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required; NPLQ training provided.
• First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required and training provided.
• DBS check required prior to starting.

Responsibilities

About the role

At Easton Leisure Centre Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be supporting health and safety operations, driving customer service excellence and managing the lifeguard team.

We need a Team Leader who will…

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision
• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Be focused on high customer service standards
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required. NPLQ training will be provided. First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required and training will also be provided.

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidaysand will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
