Job summary

Everyone Active Northampton is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to support day-to-day centre operations, oversee health and safety, and drive customer service excellence.

You'll lead a diverse team, manage costs and income, and work day/evening/weekends; DBS check required. National Pool Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator qualifications must be achieved within timescales. Plus free membership to 220+ centres nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead diverse team and uphold company values.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills.
• Willingness to work day/evening/weekends and DBS check.
• Must achieve National Pool Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator qualifications within timescale.
