Job summary

Everyone Active Northampton is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to support day-to-day centre operations, oversee health and safety, and drive customer service excellence.

You'll lead a diverse team, manage costs and income, and work day/evening/weekends; DBS check required. National Pool Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator qualifications must be achieved within timescales. Plus free membership to 220+ centres nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead diverse team and uphold company values.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills.
• Willingness to work day/evening/weekends and DBS check.
• Must achieve National Pool Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator qualifications within timescale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the centre, overseeing health and safety, driving customer service excellence and supporting the team

• National Pool Lifeguard & Pool Plant Operators qualifications will need to be achieved within a set timescale if not qualified. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will also require a DBS check prior to starting
