Role Overview

As a Recovery Worker, you’ll be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting individuals from the moment they enter the service, guiding them on their recovery journey. You’ll contribute to assessments, recovery planning, harm reduction strategies, and collaborate with various agencies to help individuals achieve sustainable, positive outcomes.

  • Hours: Full-time
  • Contract Length: ASAP start – until end of March

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Recovery Worker or Recovery Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of drug and alcohol misuse, harm reduction, and recovery-focused practice
  • Experience in assessments, recovery planning, and risk management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong communication, IT, and record‑keeping skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality
