Salary: £23,810 pro rata per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week

White Gables is a 24-hour crisis service supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises, working within a recovery model. We offer various support services including outreach, peer support, and supported housing for people aged 18 and upwards in the local community.
We understand that recovery looks different for everyone. With the right support at the right time, recovery is possible for all. Your role will involve helping and inspiring service users to maintain their tenancy and independence, working with them to develop personal support plans to achieve their goals, whether related to domestic skills, finance, employment, leisure, or education.
No specific experience is required as full training will be provided. Candidates with an understanding of mental health issues or lived experience are welcomed. More important are your caring and compassionate nature, empathy, enthusiasm, and willingness to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work on a weekly rota and be available for on-call duties is essential.
