Job summary

We Are With You in Glasgow is seeking a Recovery Worker to join our busy services across the city. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires evening and weekend shifts and works across seven days in a community setting.

You will support people affected by alcohol or drug use to identify goals and create tailored treatment plans. Starting salary is £26,250 per annum, rising to £30,000 with pay progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicators who can build trust with clients.
• Proven experience in health, social care or related settings.
• Strong customer service track record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support and continuity of care to clients.
• Coordinate care with partners and deliver interventions.
• Manage an active caseload while maintaining dignity and respect for clients.
