Job summary

Routes To Work Limited is seeking a Recovery Development Worker for a part-time, fixed-term role based at the Coatbridge office with regular travel across North Lanarkshire. The post requires energy, adaptability and a strengths-based approach to recovery work.

You may bring lived experience of recovery or relevant skills, with some evening and weekend commitments essential to our delivery. Applicants with lived experience must be free from problematic substance use for at least 24 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in recovery support or similar role.
• Ability to travel across North Lanarkshire.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote recovery and build visible recovery within communities across North Lanarkshire.
• Support delivery through Recovery Scotland in partnership with local services.
• Engage with individuals and communities using a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
