Job summary

Routes To Work Limited in Coatbridge is seeking a part-time Recovery Worker to support the NLRC recovery community. The role involves planning and facilitating cafés, drop-ins and activities, with a focus on promoting recovery and wellbeing.

Evenings and weekends are essential, and you may bring lived experience of recovery or relevant delivery skills. Regular travel across North Lanarkshire is required, and the contract runs for 6 months on a fixed-term basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups.
• Experience delivering community-based activities is a plus.
• Lived recovery experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and delivery of cafes, drop-ins, and activities.
• Promote recovery and wellbeing within families and communities.
• Work with NLRC and Recovery Scotland partners to support participants.

Part time - 14 hours per week, fixed term for 6 months initially

On site: Coatbridge office, with regular travel throughout North Lanarkshire
