Job summary

We Are With You in Glasgow is seeking four Recovery Workers to join our team. You will provide recovery support to people facing alcohol, drug and mental health challenges across Glasgow, working in our three hubs and local community settings.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with evening/weekend commitments and a starting salary of £26,250, rising towards £30,000 as pay bands progress. You will work within a dynamic, diverse team, ensuring person-centred care and collaborative practice with

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in health, social care or related settings.
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health Care desirable.
• Organised and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to identify goals and create personalised recovery plans.
• Deliver one-to-one and group support across Glasgow services.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure accessible, person-centred care.
