Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Worker in Liverpool to support adults with mental health needs in a 24-hour supported housing and community setting. You’ll help clients build independence, develop recovery plans and foster confidence in daily living.

Join a compassionate team where full training is provided. The role includes a 37-hour week with a mix of days, evenings and nights on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays. Salary ranges from £25,877.80 to £30,868.31 per annum.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate approach required.
• Empathy and understanding essential.
• Positive, resilient and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work a 7-day rota and on-call system.
• Experience isn’t essential as full training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful relationships and provide person-centred support
• Develop personalised support and recovery plans with individuals
• Support daily living skills including household tasks and budgeting
• Encourage access to education, employment and leisure opportunities
• Promote independence, wellbeing and empowerment
• Work as part of a team on a rota and on-call system
