Change Grow Live in Worthing is seeking a compassionate Recovery Coordinator to support individuals after treatment. You will provide a mix of telephone, online, face-to-face and group support to help sustain recovery and strengthen community links.
You will identify relapse risks, signpost to housing, employment, education and health services, maintain records, and supervise Peer Support Volunteers. The role requires excellent communication and organised caseload management.

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and recovery-focused individual to join our team as a Recovery Coordinator focusing on the role of Recovery Support Worker. This rewarding role supports people who have successfully completed structured treatment, helping them maintain positive recovery outcomes, strengthen community connections, and access the right support at the right time.
As a key member of the team, you will provide structured recovery check-ups, ongoing encouragement, practical support, and early intervention where relapse risks or safeguarding concerns arise. Your work will empower individuals to build healthy routines, develop resilience, and sustain long-term recovery within their communities.
We have bases across the county (Chichester, Bognor, Worthing and Crawley) and are looking for a worker for each of our three localities (West, Central and East); you would be based in a hub that serves the locality. You will also be expected to travel to meet service users in the respective locality.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
