Change Grow Live in Rugby is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage service users, guiding them to the right interventions at the right time. You will support individuals from entry through treatment, providing screening, assessment and recovery planning, and promoting involvement of carers and the wider community while upholding safeguarding and information governance.
This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with pro rata salary, joining a values-driven charity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
With this role you’ll be working as part of the Entry Into Service role, engaging new service users into treatment
