Job summary

REED CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in Weymouth is seeking a Recovery House Support Worker to join a dedicated team, helping residents progress toward independence and recovery.

You will provide practical and emotional support within a recovery-focused housing setting, aiding residents to develop skills and confidence for moving forward. Shift patterns include 3:00pm–11:00pm, sleep-in duties, and a 7-day rota on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in support work, housing, care, homelessness, mental health or recovery services is beneficial but not essential.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to residents within a recovery-focused housing environment.
