Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborative assessment, planning and delivery of recovery focused goals including developing strategies in regard to positive risk taking.
• Coordinate crisis management and ensure delivery of recovery focused interventions.
• Deliver recovery-based activities and interventions using psycho-social approaches and CBT-informed practice.
• Monitor and evaluate risk using tools such as DRAM and related outcome measures.
• Supervise recovery workers and contribute to training and development of staff and students.
• Maintain electronic records and provide specialist reports as required.
