Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Mental Health - Recovery Worker in Nottingham to support the Operations Manager and deliver person-centred services. You will collaborate with GPs, Social Services and multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining records and contributing to audits while promoting a recovery-focused ethos.

The role requires evidence of working in mental health, risk assessment and safeguarding, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3+ in healthcare and at least two years of full-time experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people in crisis.
• Experience carrying out Mental Health assessments.
• Proficient with record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work with external professionals (GPs, Social Services).
• Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop flexible, person-centred support plans with service users.
• Maintain effective communication with GPs, Social Services and MDTs.
• Keep records to required standards and support service audits.
• Assess clinical risk and implement risk management plans.
• Ensure medication is taken on time in residential settings and report issues.
