Zusammenfassung

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a compassionate Recovery Team Manager to lead a mental health recovery service in Leicester. You will oversee service delivery, manage staff, engage with referrers and partners, and ensure outcomes meet quality standards and contractual requirements.

You will develop person-centred support plans, promote independence, and support the journey toward tenancy sustainment and community integration.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience working with people with mental health needs in a person-centred, recovery-focused framework.
• A professional mental health or social care qualification or a relevant degree is essential.

• Leadership and operational management of the service
• Deployment of staff according to assessed needs
• Management and co-ordination of all aspects of service delivery
• Liaison and joint working with the landlord
• Assessment, support planning and positive risk management
• Mentoring, supervising and supporting staff
• Organising person-centred reviews
• Enabling pathways to independence and move on as appropriate
• Promoting the service to referrers and potential service users
• Building positive partnerships, ensuring services are delivered effectively per contract and standards
• Assessing service users' needs and planning successful transitions into the service
• Co-producing outcome-based support plans leveraging strengths and assets
