Job summary

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a compassionate Recovery Team Manager for our mental health recovery service in Leicester. You will lead day-to-day operations, deploy staff to meet assessed needs, coordinate service delivery, and collaborate with the landlord and partner agencies to promote recovery and independence.

You will have at least 3 years' experience in mental health or social care, a relevant qualification, and strong communication and IT skills to collate data, write assessments, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a mental health or social care setting using a person-centred, recovery-focused approach.
• Qualified in mental health or social care, or a related degree (e.g., psychology).
• Strong verbal and written communication with good IT and data-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and operational management of the service.
• Deployment of staff according to assessed needs.
• Management and coordination of all aspects of service delivery.
• Liaison with the landlord and partner agencies.
• Assessment, support planning and positive risk management.
• Mentoring, supervising and supporting staff.
• Organising person-centred reviews and progression plans.
• Promoting the service to referrers and potential users.
• Building partnerships with community partners and statutory/voluntary agencies.
