Job summary

Sheffield Health Partnership University Nhs Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Key Worker to manage a small, intensive caseload and supervise a mini team of recovery workers. You will provide leadership within the multidisciplinary team and contribute to service development.

The role requires extensive experience in mental health across inpatient and community settings, autonomous practice, and current UK registration.

Qualifications

• Current registration with UK regulatory bodies (NMC/HCPC/BAOT).
• Experience of multi-disciplinary teamwork.
• Knowledge of recovery-focused approaches and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across a small caseload and supervise a mini team of recovery workers.
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day team activities and respond to crises.
• Deliver recovery-focused interventions and monitor ongoing risk using established tools.
• Contribute to service development and participate in MDT meetings and case reviews.
• Complete carers assessments and support families as appropriate.
