Qualifications

• Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and related field experience.
• Experience working with groups/pods and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good IT skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong time management and prioritising skills.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and services.
• Ability to work with diverse professionals and stakeholders.
