Change Grow Live is recruiting an Assertive Outreach Recovery Coordinator to work across the West Kent Prisons Cluster, delivering recovery-focused psychosocial interventions to service users in HMP Rochester, HMP Cookham Wood, HMP Maidstone and East Sutton Park. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, with enhanced DBS check and HMPPS security clearance required.
